In our process area, we have a cleaning line by alkaline immersion and the Zinc phosphate, fine crystals as the base material for the final deposit. During the electrodeposition process we use DI water (Deionized) generated in our own facilities with the own ultra filtration equipment.

- The finish is uniform and of high quality, offering high resistance to corrosion.
